1) When will I get my order?
In most cases, your order will ship the day after it is placed. The time it takes to receive your order also depends on your distance from the shipping origin. This varies between 1 to 5 business days. Your tracking email will provide you with specific information regarding delivery time.
2) Can I change my delivery address?

3) Can I place an order over the Phone?
Yes, you can place the orders on the phone. Call us on xxxxxxxxx We are available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon-Sat).
4) Can I change the colour of my product?

5) When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt. The value of your returned items will be refunded within 30 days of when we receive the package.

7) What are the Payment Mode Available?
We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, Cash on Delivery, and Bank Transfer. If you choose Bank Transfer as the Payment Options, please call us on xxxxxxx and confirm the same or send us an email on email@example.com with the payment details.
8) What are the modes of refund available?
If you have made an Online Payment the refund is made to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking account.
- For other forms of Payment like Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer we make the refund to your Bank Account.
- Your details which we require for the refund process are Account Holder’s Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, IFSC Code.
- Refunding your amount would take 7-10 business days from the date of refund initiation and as per the transaction type.
